E-scooters for toddlers
Support for longer distances
If you want your child to be active on their own, you should consider a scooter. It may be a traditional vehicle - but some parents will complain that it can also be problematic on longer walks with a child. A small person who is not used to covering long distances alone gets tired relatively quickly or simply loses the desire to ride. This is where a new solution for small children comes into play. It is the e-scooter.
Surprising? Probably, and it should not be surprising at all. We have long been accustomed to perceiving a scooter as a toy - and recently also as a means of leisure and transportation, which is largely due to the fashion of using scooters by adults. But the possibility of combining both in the form of a scooter is a novelty. The e-scooter will provide our child with this convenience. Few people know this when they enter a store with such devices.
Movino Easy Go for juniors
A three-wheeled e-scooter Movino Easy Go appeared in our offer, designed for young children. It can be used by children as young as 6. As we have written many times - the time from which a child can use these devices is largely determined by his height and weight, as well as his motor skills.
Scooter with drive
Why did someone come up with such a solution for a child, and for such young children? The fundamental role of such a solution - that is, an electric drive in a scooter designed for young children - is to help cover longer distances. When taking a walk with a child of a few years, equipped with conventional equipment, we quickly notice that the toddler quickly gets tired after riding a regular scooter. This is where the multifunctional e-scooter comes into play. By setting off, the child covers the distance planned by the caregiver and, in addition, gives him a lot of pleasure.
Electric on three wheels
There are a few invariable elements that should be considered before buying both types of scooters. Among them, you should pay attention to the design and type of wheels (including the spacer width in the case of tricycles) and brakes (in the case of e-scooters for the youngest, a double braking system, i.e. E-ABS and a mechanical brake, is of key importance), and in the case of the electric vehicle, the time and operating efficiency of the e-scooter on a single charge. It is significantly influenced by the frequency of use and the weight of the user.
Although most e-scooters are two-wheeled devices, we have an exception here. Movino Easy Go is a three-wheeled device and therefore sufficiently stable even at the beginning of the scooter adventure. The speeds it develops - 6 km/h for younger children and 10 km/h for older children - correspond to the fast march of an adult. For safety reasons, it has two brakes: foot and hand brakes, and the batteries allow you to travel 5 to 7 km on a single charge. Charging takes about 4 hours. The device is light - it weighs not much more than 3.5 kg and is handy.
The e-scooter does not need to be registered anywhere to be able to use it legally. However, it should be noted that it cannot be used on public roads. And of course, we must not forget about additional equipment such as a helmet and protectors.
A scooter – whether traditional or electric – is always a good start to riding more advanced devices such as a bicycle, Segway, etc.
